Simon Davies, Managing Director
With over 20 years in the design communications industry, Simon uses his hands-on strategy and design experience to support both the creative and account management teams at Dogstar. Favourite client brands include the Arcadia Group, FSID, Islington Council, Rothschilds and The Body Shop.
Paul Turner, Executive Creative Director
Paul is a founder director with 20 years experience of all aspects of the communications industry. He is responsible for overall creativity, working closely with the creative team to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
Joanna Papadopoulos, Client Services Director
Joanna has overall responsibility for client servicing and project management. She has over nine years experience working client-side within government and has an extensive understanding of the issues faced, and lends great support to our clients on that level.
Andrew Marsh, Technical Director
Andrew is one of the founding employees of Dogstar, having joined Simon and Paul at its inception in 1995. A trained graphic designer, Andrew now specialises in the technical production side of the business as well as the general studio workflow. Andrew has an extensive knowledge of all print and technical processes, and oversees all artwork released from the studio.Charlotte Smith, Senior Account Manager
Charlotte originally graduated with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design & Advertising. After working briefly as a designer she switched to account management and over the past five years she has worked on various projects from FTSE 100 annual reports, national campaigns, and brand creation and implementation. Clients have included Compass Group, City & Guilds, The Royal Albert Hall, Mölnlycke Health Care, Islington Council, AES Corporation and the Jamie Oliver Foundation.Helen White, Web Manager
Helen is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of multi-media projects. She has over 11 years experience in website design and development and has worked in both the financial and design industries. Clients she has worked for include Hendersons, CAI, Investia, Belazu and many others.
Mark Collins, Web Manager
Mark is responsible for the co-ordination of all web and multi-media projects and will be your technical point of contact at DogStar. He has over 10 years experience with websites and their development working in a variety of sectors including sports, recruitment, retail and government bodies.
Lou Lauwerys, Senior Designer
Lou works within the design team on a varied mix of brand, literature, web, design and marketing projects. She has 8 years agency experience working for the Department of Children, Schools and Families, University College London, the London Stock Exchange, Nokia and Johnson's Baby.
Chris Laughton, Senior Creative Artworker
With over seven years of design and print experience, Chris has worked for a number of high profile global companies including Unilever, the BBC and Universal Music. Chris has extensive knowledge in all the main stream packages.
Dawn Butler, Designer
Dawn works in the design team on various projects from branding and identity to print and web design. Clients she has worked with include The British Science Association, Islington Council, London Business Network, Vinopolis and The Natural History Museum.
Claire Sokolowski, Account Manager
Claire is part of the client services team. She has previous experience working in public relations and event management within the fragrance industry. Clients she has worked with include the Jamie Oliver Foundation, Mölnlycke Health Care, the British Science Association, the Natural History Museum and Pegasus Airlines.
Katy Wilkinson, Account Executive
Katy is our latest addition to the client services team. She has a mixed background: a BA (Hons) in History of Art, speaks fluent French, worked for one of the UK’s leading charities, as well as within a creative agency. After travelling the world she settled down with us to fuel her passion for project management.
