     Title: Islington Council focus on Customer Care
DogStar Design has just completed the first phase of Islington Council's Customer Care campaign...


The campaign spearheads an internal communications initiative to help council workers give the right impression to their customers/ residents.

DogStar presented three concepts. The chosen option was based around the idea of ʻputting yourself in their shoes'. This concept made council staff focus on what they say and how they communicate with people in their borough. The idea leant itself to a clean, bright and exciting look, which visually concentrates on imagery of different pairs of shoes, creating a fun and memorable internal comms campaign.

The main part of the project is a small booklet, however, the concept had to be adaptable and immediately recognizable when rolled out on various different collateral. This includes footprint stickers for the floor, phone stickers and posters. DogStar are currently working on Islingtonʼs next campaign ʻWrite First Time'.
