Title: We've designed Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen's graduates brochure
To celebrate its latest graduates we were asked to create the design concept

Fifteen Foundation was set up to help and inspire disadvantaged young people, giving them real experience of the restaurant industry. The brochure is for the graduation ceremony of the London apprentices which will take place at the Fifteen restaurant on 28th September.

As Fifteen Foundation is a registered charity which relies on donations and sponsorship, DogStar was happy to do the work free of charge:

"We were asked if we were interested in getting involved in the project and if we could give some sort of discount - we were happy to do it pro bono because Fifteen is just up the road from us and the foundation does such great work."

"It was also an exciting brief to work on. We wanted the whole brochure to have a really urban feel because Fifteen is in East London and all the graduates are from the city." Said Simon Davies, Managing Director DogStar.

Nikki Giles, Fifteen Foundation said: " Dogstar took the brief and came up with a concept that really reflects the essence of Fifteen: the youth, the energy and the urban feel of our location in East London. They were not afraid to challenge us too when they felt a design was being compromised. The results speak for themselves. DogStar have been a real pleasure to work with and always delivered their work ahead of the schedule, I would recommend them to anyone."
