Redirecting The College of Optometrists reporting
This year the College of Optometrists wanted to move their Annual Report online...
We've worked with The College of Optometrists on various publications, from their diploma ceremony program to their annual reporting for the past four years.
This year the College celebrated it’s 30th anniversary and wanted a report that reflected the presence and authority the College has had in the advancements of optometry over this period. We were commissioned to come up with the creative and advise on how to successfully redirect their stakeholders online.
Paul Turner, our Creative Director explains how they achieved this: “This report was a chance to communicate all their achievements, and celebrate the raised profile the College now has, 'All eyes on us' summed it up perfectly. We created an A5 printed summary of the report that showcased the very top-line messages that would engage their stakeholders and then sign-posted them to the online report where they could read more, making the transition to online as streamline as possible”.
Ellen Colquhoun, Head of Marketing and Communications of The College of Optometrists said ““DogStar did a great job, I am delighted with the finished result and have had great feedback from our stakeholders. Moving from a 40 plus page document to a 12 page summary was a real challenge for us. DogStar help us to really focus on our key achievements – the published report communicates these more effectively than ever.”
